Booth fees include: One (1) 10 × 10 foot wooden booth. This booth has interior lighting installed, standard exterior Christmas decorations, a door with locking capabilities. Your fee also includes event advertising and features on social media. Vendors are also provided one (1) standard AMPS AND VOLTAGE plug for electricity.

Vendors are provided one (1) AMS AND VOLTS plug in for electricity. Additional electricity needs may be requested and are charged $$$ per additional plug.

Yes, onsite water will be available. Food vendors are still responsible for ensuring their booth passes health inspections.

Yes, dedicated parking spaces will be designated for vendors. Every vendor will receive one vendor parking spot.

Yes, portable toilets will be available in the designated area(s) and available for vendor use.

Yes, vendors are allowed and encouraged to make their own social media posts ad other advertising for their booths.

The $1,500 initial deposit is non-refundable and will not be refunded if a vendor chooses to back out at any time. A 50% refund of the remaining booth fee will be offered to vendors backing out until September 30, 2026. No refund will be given to vendors who back out after October 1, 2026.

Aspiring food vendors owning a food truck or trailer are welcome to apply. Food vendors are required to serve out of their booth. Food vendors will not be allowed to serve out of their food truck or trailer. Food vendors are not allowed to park their food truck or trailer onsite.

Retail booths are $5,000 for a single booth. Food booths are $8,500 for a single booth. Double booths are available upon request.
